About Us
It has always been our philosophy that the experience one has on our yachts should be a personal one. You could say our mantra is, “Cater to the client and let them lead the way.” We’ll take care of your absolute safety, you take care of the rest.
Our Owners
-
Wes Johnson
“I am Wes Johnson, one of the partners in Fathom Charters. My vision for Fathom Charters came because of my love for people and the water and wanting to combine the two. I have enjoyed boating since I was young and love the memories that come from hanging out with friends while on the water. There is no place like the open water on a boat with family and friends. My hope is that all of those who join us at Fathom Charters are able to create these memories also.”

Lee Warren
“I have been in the pharmaceutical business for 35+ years. I’ve always loved the water growing up on Thales in Upstate NY, but especially the sparkling waters of the Gulf. I moved to Naples Florida in 2020. I have three beautiful girls and one granddaughter”.
-
Jeff McClellan
“I got into boating because of my love for the water and the friendships that are made boating are second-to-none. I am a work hard, play hard type of guy, so boating is my way of playing after a hard day’s work. I hope that everyone who experiences Fathom has the same love for boating and the freedom that being on the water brings”.
Our Captains
-
Captain Alex Kuhn
“I’m a Marco Island native and lifelong boater. I left the corporate world after eleven years to pursue something I love: being on the water. I have been a captain since 2021, but have been boating for 35+ years. It’s a pleasure to share something I love with others and I don’t even consider this a job because of how much fun it is”.

Captain Jonathan Matias
“My goal is to provide the best yacht charter experience, creating picture-perfect core memories for you and your loved ones. The best day trips start with an eco-sighting tour followed by a few hours of swimming off the deck of the yacht on a private island beach and having lunch on the Gulf of Mexico. Evening trips are exclusive for sunsets”.
